Pureology Antifade complex

I used this product this am and am not happy, the salesperson said it would be suitable for highlighted hair. I paid hundreds to have my highlights and this product turned the highlights dark.

Are there fakes out there?

I have used this product for 5 years and love it! I recently purchased a bottle from a salon in Ottawa, Canada and believe the product has been tampered with. It was like washing with hand soap & the scent was not the same. Pureology I need help!
